摘 要:农药的大量使用引发的食品安全问题日益突出。目前,食品中农药残留的分析主要采用液相及液质联用、气相及气质联用等传统检测方法。这些方法具有较高检测灵敏性和选择性,但却需要昂贵的仪器设备以及专业的技术人员,不能满足当前食品安全领域对实时、快速、便携式检测的需求。生物传感技术作为农药检测的前景替代方法,具有高专一性、高选择性、便携性和实时分析的性能,因此,可以弥补传统检测方法的不足。本文首先对应用于农药检测的基于酶的、抗体的生物传感技术进行综述。其次,对基于核酸适配体、微流控芯片、分子印迹的新型生物传感技术在农药检测中的应用进行详细介绍。最后,对食品农药残留检测的发展前景进行展望。Food safety problems have become more and more serious due to the extensive use of pesticides.So far,the traditional detection methods,such as liquid chromatography(LC) and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS),gas chromatography(GC) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),had been used for pesticides detection with the advantages of high sensitivity and selectivity.However,those methods required expensive equipments and highly qualified technicians.Moreover,it couldn't satisfy the needs of real-time,rapid and portable for the food safety areas.Biosensor techniques have become one of the most promising alternative methods for pesticides detection with the capabilities of high specificity,selectivity,portability and real-time analysis,which can make up the deficiency of the traditional detection methods.The enzyme/antibody-based biosensors for pesticide detection were reviewed firstly in this paper.Secondly,the new biosensor technologies based on aptamer,microfluidic chip and molecularly imprinted polymer(NIP) were introduced in detail as well.Finally,the development prospects of the biosensors for the pesticides detection were previewed.
