地方高等教育发展与区域经济水平关系探究

摘　　要：以高等教育与区域经济水平之间的联系为研究对象,重点从三个方面论述了高等教育发展与区域经济水平之间的关系,一是区域经济对地方高校在发展方向、科研经费和尖端设备投入、师资水平、学生素质培养和职业前途发展等方面的影响;二是高等学校建设水平与区域经济发展之间的关系,重点从地方高校的人才输送、高校的学生消费及基础设施建设对区域经济产生的影响、地方高校促进区域经济高新技术产业发展三个方面进行阐述;最后围绕加大高等教育投入力度、高校专业设置及加强高校与政府之间的联系等方面,对高等教育与区域经济互动发展提出了思路和建议。This essay,w ith the connection betw een higher education and regional economic performance as the object of study,mainly expounds the relationship betw een the development of higher education and regional economic performance in the follow ing three aspects： 1. the influence of regional economy on higher learning institutions concerning development direction,scientific research funds and investment of cutting-edge devices,level of teaching faculty,the improvement of students’ qualifications and their future career; 2. the relationship betw een the standard of higher learning institutions and the regional economic development. This paper mainly stated in terms of,firstly,graduates distribution from local higher learning institutions; secondly,the influence of the students’ cost of living and the infrastructure construction on the regional economic development; and lastly,the local higher institutions’ promotive role on the local regional hi-tech industry; 3. some schemes and suggestions of interaction development betw een higher education and regional economy are put forw ard in terms of strengthening the investment of higher education,adjusting specialty programs and tightening the ties betw een higher learning institutions and governments.
