摘　　要：第14届教育媒体国际大会(ICoME 2016)于2016年8月在日本京都召开。此次会议的主题是"构建以‘人’为中心的数字化发展共同体",彰显出新媒体与新技术对促进学习者中心设计的核心价值。概览会议所收录的153篇论文发现,研究主题主要集中在信息化评价、学生能力发展、教学设计、资源开发、系统应用、教师专业化发展、国际合作等方面,这些研究本质上都是围绕"促进学习者中心设计"来开展的,是"学习者中心设计"研究在广度和深度上的延伸和拓展。在典型案例研究方面,社会性学习技术、合成式学习环境、基于脑科学的教学技术和基于AI的深度学习开始进入实证研究现场。此次会议还折射出教育媒体研究未来的发展趋势:教育研究正在走向"学习者中心";教育技术的研究正从关注"技术"与"模式"转向关注"策略"、"有效性"和"人的发展";教育学、认知科学、计算机科学与技术等跨学科的合作研究趋势开始凸显,已经成为推动学习技术深入发展的必要条件。ICoME2016 was held in Kyoto, Japan, in August of 2016, with the theme ＂Building Relationshipsand a Sense of Community Centered ＇People＇ in a Digital Society＂, which highlights the core values of new mediaand new technology to promote the learner-centered design. According to the 153 papers in the conference, theresearch topics focus on such aspects： informatization evaluation, the development of students＇ ability, instructionaldesign, resources development, system application, teachers＇ professional development and internationalcooperation, which essentially center on ＂learner-centered design＂. In the terms of typical case study, sociallearning technology, synthetic learning environments, instructional technology based on brain-sciences and thedeep learning based on AI began to enter the empirical research. The meeting also reflects the future trend ofeducational media research： being ＂learner-centered＂ in educational research; focusing on ＂strategy＂,＂effectiveness＂ and ＂the development of people ＂, instead of the ＂technology＂ and ＂mode＂ for the research intoeducational technology; education, cognitive science, computer science and technology and other subjects havecooperated with each other, which is the prerequisite to promote the further development of learning technology.
