摘　　要：近几年,高校研究生自杀、犯罪等极端事件频生,这与研究生挫折教育的不完善,导致研究生心理耐挫能力偏弱直接相关。在研究生挫折教育方面主要存在个体缺乏认知、高校缺乏专业心理人才和缺乏针对研究生挫折教育立体高效的教育机制等。物质方面的硬件支撑和精神方面的舆论支持是当前研究生心理耐挫能力培养的发展瓶颈。因此,从培育研究生正确认知、充分利用网络、加大对研究生挫折教育的投入力度,以及建立研究生挫折教育的和谐性生态发展模式等方面,探索研究生心理耐挫能力培养的可行性路径。Reports about graduate students＇ extreme behaviors such as suicide or crime are morefrequent in these years, which are directly related to the deficiency of graduate student＇s frus-tration education and the weakness of their psychological resistance to frustration. There aresome problems in graduate students~ frustration-resistance education, such as the lack of frus-tration-resistance awareness, the shortage of professional psychological teachers and the unsuc-cessful mechanisms for graduate students＇ frustration education. Lack of hardware and publicopinion support are two bottlenecks in the cultivation of graduate students~ psychological re-sistance to frustration. Thus, we can improve graduate students＇ frustration-resistance abili-ties by developing frustration awareness, making full use of networks, increasing the input offrustration-resistance education, and constructing a harmonious ecological development modelfor graduate students＇ frustration education.
