摘　　要：目的:了解和评价在线健康医疗咨询的特点和质量,为促进在线健康医疗咨询服务发展提供意见和参考。方法:选择国内目前规模最大、知名度最高、用户最多的某医疗咨询服务网站为研究对象,在网站的消化内科疾病咨询问答板块中,随机选择2016年2月份前后的100例咨询问答,由两名评价者依据事先建立的评价标准进行评价。结果:消化内科疾病咨询在语言、专业、准确、客观等方面表现较好,在全面性上基本满意,在人文关怀上需要加强。结论:网络在线疾病咨询能够在一定程度上满足用户健康需求,但是需要各方规范监管,以进一步提升质量和服务。Objective To provide the reference for online medical reference service by assessing the characteristics and quality of online medical reference performance. Methods The questions and answers in 100 cases of online medical reference randomly selected from the largest and well-known medical reference website were assessed by two experts according to the established assessment criteria. Results The reference performance for gastrointestinal diseases was rather good in language, professionalism, accuracy and objectivity, and was satisfactory in complete-ness, and should be strengthened in humanities care. Conclusion Online medical reference service can meet the health demand of users, but its quality should be further improved.
