透灸联合阿普唑仑片治疗失眠115例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察透灸治疗失眠的临床疗效。方法将230例失眠患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各115例,对照组给予阿普唑仑片口服,每次40 mg,每日1次,治疗组在此基础上选取百会、四神聪、膈俞、心俞、脾俞、肝俞、神道穴透灸,每日1次,两组均治疗20天。治疗前后采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)观察两组患者睡眠质量及睡眠效率,并于治疗后判定临床疗效。结果治疗组完成治疗105例,对照组99例。治疗组临床疗效总有效率91.4%,对照组总有效率83.8%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后睡眠质量、睡眠效率均有改善(P<0.05或P<0.01);两组治疗后睡眠质量比较治疗组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.01),睡眠效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论透灸联合阿普唑仑片能够显著提高失眠患者的睡眠质量和睡眠效率。Objective To observe clinical curative effects of diathermal moxibustion in treating insomnia.Methods Randomly divided 230 patients with insomnia into treatment group and control group,with 115 cases in each. The control group was orally given alprazolam tablets,40 mg each time,once per day. The treatment group also selected Baihui（ GV20）,Sishencong（ EX-HN1）,Geshu（ BL17）,Xinshu（ BL15）,Pishu（ BL20）,Ganshu（ BL18） and Shendao（ GV11） for diathermal moxibustion,once each day. The treatment in both groups was for 20 days. Observed sleep quality and sleep efficiency with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（ PSQI） before and after treatment,and evaluated clinical curative effect after treatment. Results There were 105 cases in the treatment group and 99 cases in the control group completed treatment. The total effective rate of clinical curative effect in the treatment group was 91. 4% while that in the control group was 83. 8%. The former was superior with significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with that before treatment,sleep quality and sleep efficiency of patients in the two groups after treatment all improved（ P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）; the improvement of sleep quality in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group（ P〈0. 01）. The difference of sleep efficiency had no statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Diathermal moxibustion combined with alprazolam tablets could remarkably improve sleep quality and sleep efficiency of patients with insomnia.
