摘　　要：为了助推地方本科院校转型发展,进行了地方本科院校治理结构转型的探索,分析了其治理结构的基本现状,确立了完善其治理结构的原则,初步建构了"双主体"产教融合型治理结构,通过实践取得了初步的教育教学效果。To promote the transitional development of local colleges and universities, the authors of this paper explore the transition in governance structure of local colleges and universities, analyze the basic situation of their governance structures, establish the principle of improving governance structures, and devise a dual-subject integrated governance structure of production and education. As a result, a preliminary teaching effect is obtained through practice.
