论高校工会工作四大职能及其内在关联性

摘　　要：维护、参与、建设和教育是高校工会组织被赋予的四大职能。这四大职能要素互为依托、互相影响、互相促进,构成了高校工会工作的有机合力,科学把握这四大职能的内在关联性,充分发挥四大要素的协同力,有助于高校在实现中国梦的历史新征程中实现工会工作的优化。Maintenance, participation, construction and education are four functions of university labor union. Safeguarding the rights of the teaching and administrative staff is a basic duty of labor union work. Organizing the teaching and administrative staff to participate in democratic decision-making, democratic management and democratic supervision is a basic requirement of labor union work. Mobilizing and organizing the staff to participate in university construction and finish the job efficiently is an important mission of labor union work. Besides, educating the staff to improve the ethical standards, technology business and scientific cultural education and cultivating them with ideals, morals, talents and self-discipline is a necessary request of labor union work. These four functions support, influence and promote each other and they form an organic force. Grasping inner relevancy scientifically and giving full play to collaborative force of the four functions help optimize the university labor union work in an effort to realize China dream.
