摘　　要：中小学一线教师微课制作与应用技能的欠缺已成为阻碍微课教学应用的关键因素,也延缓着微课渗入课堂的进程。该研究以三年级语文课本中《一只小鸟》这一内容的新授课方式为载体,在行动中探究了随着微课教学应用的逐步深入,教师如何一步步从微课新手成长为微课能手的过程,以期在解决教师微课制作与应用难题的同时,促进教师专业发展。Primary and secondary teachers＇lack of ability to produce and apply the micro-lecture has become one of the key factors that impede the application of micro-lecture teaching,delaying the process of its further integration.This research used A Little Bird from the third-grade Chinese textbook as a carrier and explored how teachers can grow into an expert from a novice during micro-lecture produ-ction and application with gradually deepened application of micro-lecture.We hope our research can solve problems in micro-lecture production and application so as to promote teachers＇professional development.
