摘 要:大众文化已经成为农村教师无可回避的文化遭遇,对农村教师专业发展产生重大影响:一方面促进了民主平等教育观和学生观的形成、丰富了农村教师的精神生活、拓展了农村教师的知能结构,另一方面弱化了农村教师的主导文化意识、侵蚀了农村教师的精神家园、钝化了农村教师的理性思维、削弱了农村教师的创造性。面对大众文化的兴盛,农村教师应采取的专业发展路径主要有:高扬精英文化,守望高尚的精神家园;正视大众文化,构建开放的文化结构;增强文化批判力,超越大众文化局限;崇尚阅读经典,亲近高雅艺术。Teachers in the rural areas have inevitably encountered pop culture,which have great impact on the professional development of rural teachers. On the one hand,pop culture brings along the democratic philosophy of education and outlook on students,thereby enriching the moral world of teachers in rural schools and expanding their structure of knowledge and skills; on the other hand,by undermining the dominant cultural consciousness and destroying the spiritual world of these teachers,it weakens the latter's rational thinking and creativity. Facing the flourishing of pop culture,we suggest the strategies for the professional development of rural-school teachers as follows: fostering the noble mind by advocating the elite culture,facing pop culture by constructing an open-minded cultural system,going beyond the limitations of pop culture by reinforcing cultural criticism,and getting closer to elegant art by reading classics of humanities.
