摘　　要：中医住院医师规范化培训对院校教育提出了新的要求,如学生的实际动手操作能力、医籍经典背诵和理解程度、中医临床辨证思维等等。为使院校教育与毕业后教育无缝衔接,满足中医住院医师规范化培训要求,从课程设置、教材改革、教学医院建设与管理等方面提出相关教改建议,以期为储备中医临床人才后备力量作出贡献。For resident standardization training of TCM colleges and universities education puts forward new requirements, such as student＇s actual hands-on ability, classic medical books recite and understanding, clinical syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine thinking and so on. To make school education and education after graduation seamless, satisfies the requirement of resident standardization training of TCM, from the reform of the curriculum, teaching material, teaching hospital construction and management, and other aspects related to the educational reform Suggestions, in order to contribute to reserve the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine clinical talent reserve forces.
