摘  要:文章基于QFD(Quality Function Deployment,质量功能展开)和Kano模型,对个性化语言学习系统的学习者需求分类进行了研究——通过对学习者原始需求信息的获取、整理、转换和归类,得到学习者在学习过程、资源、内容和环境等四个方面的需求项及需求展开项;然后,对需求展开项的重要度进行调查和统计分析,将学习者需求展开项分为基本型、期望型和兴奋型三类,并构建了学习者需求项的Kano-金字塔模型。期待文章的相关研究成果,能有助于推动以学习者为中心的个性化语言学习系统的质量改进。Firstly, the classification of learners' needs in personalized language learning system was studied based on the theory of quality function deployment (QFD) and Kano Model. Learners' needs and corresponding expansion terms in the four aspects of learning process, resource, content and environment were obtained through acquiring, arranging transforming and classifying learners' original requirements. Secondly, this paper made survey and quantitative analysis on the importance degree of learners' needs, and classified learners' needs into three classes including basic, expected and excited ones. Finally, the Kano-pyramid model of learners' needs was constructed. This study will benefit to the improvement of learner-centered personalized language learning systems.
