摘  要:目的探讨新疆某三甲医院医务人员对人力资源管理认识与工作满意度的关系,为加强医院人力资源管理研究提供理论依据。方法 2015年7-10月,采用分层随机抽样的方法,对600名新疆某三甲医院医务人员进行人力资源管理认识及工作满意情况问卷调查。结果医务人员对医院人力资源管理认知情况总得分为(47.95±11.21)分,医务人员工作满意度总得分为(66.99±13.92)分;不同年龄段及在岗时间的医务人员在医院人力资源管理认知管理及工作满意度总分方面差异有统计学意义(P均〈0.05),年龄〈30岁、在岗时间10~15 a的医务人员人力资源管理认知程度及工作满意度最高;医务人员对医院人力资源管理认知情况与其工作满意度间呈正相关(P〈0.05)。结论该三甲医院医务人员工作满意度与其对人力资源管理的认知有关,可加大医院人力资源管理内容对医务人员的普及,进而来提高其工作满意度。Objective To investigate the relationship between cognition of medical personnel in a Top-Three hospital in Xinjiang on hospital human resource management situation and the status of job satisfaction to provide theoretical basis for enhancement of the level of hospital human resource management. Methods By cluster random sampling,600 doctors and nurses were surveyed with questionnaires of general status,cognition of the human resource management and job satisfaction of medical personnel. Results The total score of the cognition of the medical personnel of the hospital on the human resource management was( 47. 95 ± 11. 21) marks,and the total score of their job satisfaction was( 66. 99 ± 13. 92) marks. The differences of the total scores in the cognition of the medical personnel in different age groups and different in-service times on human resource management and job satisfaction were statistically significant( all P〈0. 05). The medical personnel who were below 30-years old and 10-15 inservice time had higher cognitive situation on human resource management and higher job satisfaction. At the same time,the cognitive situation on human resource management had the positive relationship with the job satisfaction themselves. Conclusion The job satisfaction and the individual cognition of the hospital human resource management situation has correlation,thus the content of hospital human resources management should be further popularized to the medical personnel,which would improve their job satisfactions.
