摘 要:研究了利用分散固相萃取–分光光度法联用测定粮谷中痕量镍的方法,酚酞乙醇溶液加入水中生成的微晶酚酞颗粒对Ni–DMG(丁二酮肟)配合物具有强吸附萃取能力,据此建立了测定痕量镍的新方法。最佳试验条件下,方法的线性范围为3.0-380μg/L(r=0.999 8),检出限为1.2μg/L。方法已成功应用于粮谷样品分析,加标回收率在97.0%-102.0%之间,相对标准偏差在1.9%-3.1%之间。A novel method using dispersive solid phase extraction combined with spectrophotometry was established for the determination of trace nickel in grain. When phenolphthalein in ethanol solution was dripped into water, the phenolphthalein would precipitate plenty of microcrystalline, which had a strong ability of sorptive extraction to Ni-DMG complex. Accordingly, a new method for determination of trace nickel was built. Under the optimum test conditions, the linear range of the method was 3.0-380 μg/L (r=0.999 8 ), and the detection limits was 1.2 μg/L. The proposed method was successfully applied in the grain analysis. The recovery ranged in 97.0%- 102.0%, and the relative standard deviations ranged in 1.9% -3.1%.
