摘  要:本实验从海水中筛选分离了一株裂殖壶菌,通过摇瓶实验对其发酵产二十二碳六烯酸的培养基、发酵参数进行了优化,在此基础上对裂殖壶菌进行了50 L发酵罐流加补料发酵,并成功放大培养到500 L发酵罐。在500 L发酵罐经过96 h的培养,生物量、油脂含量和二十二碳六烯酸含量分别达到110.7、43.5、22.1 g/L,初步达到了工业化生产的水平。In the study, a Schizochytrium sp. strain was isolated from the sea. The medium compositions and culture conditions in shake flasks for production of DHA by Schizochytrium sp. was optimized. On these bases, a fed-batch fermentation ofSchizochytrium sp. in a 50 L bioreactor was carried out, and successfully scaled up in a 500 L bioreactor. The final biomass, oil productions and DHA yield were 110.7, 43.5, 22.1 g/L, respectively. The results preliminarily achieved the level of industrial production.
