摘　　要：通过对新建院校化学实验室安全现状分析,从安全管理制度,安全教育,安全技术三个方面对化学实验室安全进行了探究。发现通过完善实验室安全管理制度体系,不断学习更新以适应学校发展需求,通过制度革新不断强化安全责任意识,保障实验室安全。拓展安全教育方式,保障实验室安全教育效果,完善实验室准入制度,培训制度和安全教育考核方式,提升安全意识。加大实验室安全技术投入力度,全面统筹规划实验室安全技术的建设,从技术层面保障实验室安全。Researched safety issues in chemistry-laboratories based on safety management systems, safety education and safety technology though status analysis in newly-built universities chemistry-laboratories. Perfected and renewed safety management systems were suited for universities needs of developing. Ensured safety in laboratories though enhanced sense of safety by perfected and renewed safety system. Improved sense of safety by expanded forms of safety teach, ensured effects of safety education, perfected entry permission, safety training and evaluation mode. Safety technology investment was increased and safety technology built was overall planning which enhanced safety in laboratories by technology
