本科层次高等职业教育发展动因分析

摘　　要：发展高职本科的外部动因,一方面源自社会经济发展产业转型升级和技术进步对一线技术技能型人才的要求;另一方面源自人们生活水平提高导致对本科及以上教育的期望值增大。发展高职本科的内部动因主要是:现代职业教育体系建设的需要及高职院校自身发展的要求。The Decision of the State Council on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Educa- tion calls for developing higher vocational undergraduate education. The external motivation comes mainly from the requirements of social and economic development, industrial upgrading and technological pro- gress. Another one comes from people＇s increasing expectations for undergraduate with the improvement of living standard. In addition to external causes, the internal motivation of the development of higher vocational colleges also calls for the construction of modern vocational education system.
