摘　　要：各类高校科研诚信缺失、学术不端行为问题已日趋严重,引起了全社会的高度关注。诚信是人类社会的基本道德准则,也是科学的生命。文章就高职院校科研诚信缺失的问题,提出应合理构建科研考核量化体系、加快设立学术规范委员会、努力培养教师的学术自律等策略,并对高职院校科研诚信实现的途径进行了探索。Problems like lack of research integrity and academic misconduct in colleges have become increas- ingly serious, which has been concerned by the whole society. Honesty is the basic principle of the ethics of human society and also a science of life. To deal with these problems, scientific quantitative system of research evaluation should be constructed, academic norms should be set up, teachers＂ academic disciplines should be developed and the way to keep the integrity of research should be explored.
