摘 要:目的 :调查我国麻风病流行地区防治人员的业务能力、职业期望、离职意愿等情况,以制订适合我国麻风病预防控制特点的麻风病防治队伍人才战略。方法 :采用多阶段分层抽样的方法在我国9个麻风病流行省份的17个麻风病防治机构中对157名从业人员进行问卷调查。采用SPSS 21.0进行统计分析。结果 :157名麻风病防治人员平均年龄(38.24±9.71)岁,从事时间平均(10.13±9.70)年。文化程度大专及以下占36.31%,本科和研究生分别占61.15%和2.55%。职称初级及以下占53.50%,中级占30.57%,高级占15.92%。专业类别中临床、预防、医技、护理、管理分别占37.58%、17.20%、12.74%、22.29%和7.01%。接受专业培训平均(36.66±76.38)d。对重症麻风病人不能诊断和处理的占50.35%,有10.19%的人要求调换岗位,非条件logistic回归分析表明,年龄、职称、从事麻风病防治工作年限和激励措施是影响其就职意愿的主要因素,职称和从事麻风病防治工作年限是工作满意度的主要影响因素。结论 :我国麻风病防治人才队伍建设面临严峻的挑战,只有通过加强人员培训、提高专业技能、改善薪资福利待遇等激励措施,方可吸引、鼓励优秀人员从事麻风病防治工作,如期完成《全国消除麻风病危害规划(2011—2020年)》的目标和任务。Objective :To investigate professional ability,career prospects,turnover intention and other information among leprosy control staffs in leprosy endemic areas and formulate China's leprosy control personnel strategy suitable for China's leprosy prevention and control situation. Methods :Seventeen agencies in nine leprosy endemic provinces were selected by multi-stage stratified sampling method,in which 157 leprosy control staffs were investigated with the designed questionnaire. The data were analyzed with SPSS 21.0. Results :One hundred and fifty-seven leprosy control professionals were surveyed in the study,with the average age of(38.24 ±9.71)years old and the average work time of(10.13±9.70)years on leprosy control. The staff with the college degree and below accounted for 36.31%,and those with undergraduate and graduate degrees accounted for 61.15% and 2.55%,respectively. The personnel with junior professional titles and below accounted for 53.50% and those with intermediate titles accounted for 30.57%. Those withsenior titles accounted for 15.92%. The professional categories of medical,prevention,medical technical,nursing and management accounted for 37.58%,17.20%,12.74%,22.29% and 7.01%,respectively. The received professional training time was( 36.66±76.38)days reported on the average. A total of 50.35% of the staffs reported they could not diagnose and treat the severe leprosy cases and 10.19% required to change their work positions. Unconditional logistic regression analysis revealed that age,professional titles,leprosy work time and incentive measures were main factors affecting its inaugural intention;professional titles and leprosy work time were the main influencing factors of job satisfaction. Conclusion :The talent construction of leprosy control team in our country faces severe challenges.
