摘　　要：优质、丰富的数字化学习资源一直是远程教育的核心竞争力之一,也是远程教育的优势所在。如何建设优质、适用的学习资源是河南远程教育资源库建设项目研究的核心目标。文章阐述了河南远程教育资源库学习资源建设的类别、思路、原则、策略、保障措施等一系列关键问题,以期为远程教育资源库的学习资源建设实践提供理论指引。Abundant digital learning resource with high quality is always one of the core competency of distance education,and the advantage of it.How to establish suitable learning resource with high quality is the core goal of research on Henan province distance education resource database establishment project.This paper expounds the categories,trains of thought,principles,strategies,and safeguard measures,etc.of Henan province distance education resource database establishment,hoping to provide theoretical guidance to the practice of learning resource establishment of distance education resource database.
