台湾技职教育的经验及对大陆职业教育的启示

摘　　要：技职教育的成功是台湾经济发展和产业转型的关键因素,其成功经验包括专业设置和人才培养注重对接产业发展、实施教学卓越计划、注重学生三创能力的培养、建立严格的教师绩效考核机制和注重学生品性、劳动意识、心理健康的培养。这些成功经验值得处在加快发展现代职业教育进程中的大陆职业院校大力借鉴。The success of technical and vocational education is the key factor of Taiwan＇ s economic development and industrial transformation. Its successful experience includes： major setting and personnel training focus on doc- king industry development, the implementation of excellent teaching program, pay attention to the cultivation of students＇ three creative abilities, establish a strict system of teacher performance appraisal and pay attention to the cultivation of students＇ character, labor consciousness, and mental health. The successful experience is worth learning for the mainland Vocational Colleges in the process of accelerating the development of modern vocational education.
