护士延续护理知信行量表的编制及信效度检验

摘　　要：[目的]发展适合中国的针对临床护士的延续护理知信行量表。[方法]基于前期对社区护士延续护理现状分析及慢性病病人需求的调查分析,结合文献资料,从延续护理的基础知识、相关知识、心理认知、情感倾向、意向行为、评估、实施、评价8个方面发展条目池,经专家评定后,形成预调查量表;对30名临床护士进行预调查,对597名临床护士进行测试,对量表的信效度进行评价。[结果]最终形成护士延续护理知识、态度、行为3大维度、35个条目的正式量表,即延续护理知识(11个条目)、延续护理态度(15个条目)、延续护理行为(9个条目);专家的平均权威系数为0.77、协调系数为0.724,总的分半信度(相关系数)为0.982,总的内部一致性信度(Cronbach’sα系数)为0.989,总量表的重测信度为0.962;内容效度指数为0.892;3个分量表与总量表的相关系数分别为0.824,0.833,0.844,KMO值为0.965,球形检验值P<0.000 1;验证性因子分析显示拟合度较好。[结论]编制的护士延续护理知信行量表具有较理想的信度和效度,适合在临床护士中使用。Objective：To develop transitional care knowledge attitude practice scale for clinical nurses in Chi-na .Methods：The scale was developed based on early analysis of the status quo of transitional care for communi-ty nurses and chronic disease patients’needs survey analysis ,combined with the literatures ,from 8 aspects of transitonal care ：base knowledge ,relevant knowledge ,psychological cognition ,emotional tendencies ,intentional behavior ,assessment ,implementation and evaluation to develop the item pool .After the expert assessment ,the pre investigation questionnaire was formed .30 clinical nurses received pre investigation ,and 597 clinical nur-ses received test .Then the reliability and validity of the scale were evaluated .Results：The final formal scale was formed including nurses’ transitional care knowledge ,attitude and practice （3 dimensions） ,35 entries .Namely the knowledge of transitional care（11 items） ,attitude of transitional care（15 items） ,practice of transitional care （9 items） .For the average expert authority coefficient was 0 .77 ,coordination coefficient was 0 .724 ,total split half reliability coefficient （correlation） was 0 .982 ,total internal consistency reliability （Cronbach’s alpha coeffi-cient） was 0 .989 ,retest reliability of total scale was 0 .962 .Content validity index was 0 .892 .The correlation coefficients between the 3 branch scales and the total table were 0 .824 ,0 .833 ,0 .844 .The KMO value was 0 .965 ,and the sphere test value was P〈0 .000 1 .Confirmatory factor analysis showed good fit .Conclusion：The develop-ment of transitional care knowledge attitude practice scale had good reliability and validity ,and was suitable for application for clinical nurses .
