摘  要:小学教师是一种综合性职业,教师应当具有传授多个学科知识的能力水平。培养小学全科教师不仅是时代的需求,对解决小学教育师资问题也大有裨益。当前小学全科教师的培养存在城乡教师发展不均衡、资源开发欠缺、职后教育对接错位等困惑,可通过定向培养、强化职前教育、完善职前培养等路径加以解决。The occupation of primary schoolteachers is comprehensive, which means that they should be qualified to teach all subjects. Cultivation of such teachers is not only the current main trend but also of great help to meet the demand of primary school teachers. Owing to the fact that there exists such puzzlement as unbalanced development of teachers in urban and rural areas, lack of exploring educational resources and mismatching of post - work educa- tion, this paper, in order to solve the puzzlement, proposes the ways such as target training, reinforcement of pre - work education and perfection of pre -work cultivation.
