摘　　要：目的建立保健食品中对羟基苯甲酸酯的快速测定分析方法。方法采用毛细管柱气相色谱法,用FID检测器同时测定对羟基苯甲酸乙酯及丙酯的含量。结果两种对羟基苯甲酸酯在49.6~793.6μg·m L^(-1)(EP)及50.1~801.7μg·m L^(-1)(PP)的范围内线性良好,阴性样品的加标回收率在93.6%~100.7%(EP)与90.4%~100.6%(PP),RSD<10%,方法的检出限为1.0mg·kg-1(S/N=3)。结论本法快速简便、重现性及选择性较好、灵敏度回收率较高,适合保健食品常规检测及监督的需要。OBJECTIVE To establish a fast method for determination of parabens in health food. METHODS Using capillary gas chromatography with hydrogen flame detector, the contents of EP and PP were determined. RESULTS The calibration curves were linear in the range of 49. 6 - 793.61μg .mL-1 （EP） and 50. 1 - 801.71μg . mL-1 （PP）. The average recoveries were 93.6% - 100. 7% （EP） and 90. 4% - 100. 6% （PP）. RSD were both within 10%. CONCLUSION The method was sensitive, reproducible, accurate and satisfactory for the determination of EP and PP in health food.
