摘　　要：构建科学、规范的护理学硕士研究生开题报告评价指标体系（以下简称指标体系）是保证以及评价研究生课题质量最基本的标准，对于培养具有较高学术研究水平的护理学硕士研究生具有重要的意义。哈尔滨医科大学采用德尔菲法对所构建的指标体系进行了2轮专家函询，确定了指标体系中各级指标及权重，形成了由4项一级指标、19项二级指标和36项三级指标组成的护理学硕士研究生开题报告评价指标体系。该指标体系具有较高的可靠性、权威性，为考核和评价护理学硕士研究生开题报告质量提供了依据。Establishing a scientific and rational opening report evaluation index system for the graduate students of nursing （Index system is called for short in paper）is the basic criteria to ensure and evaluate the graduate program quality,as well as,is a great significance for training graduate students of nursing have a high level of academic research and its training quality.The Harbin University used the two rounds Delphi method constructed the evaluation system included the different indexes and the weight of the indexes.The evaluation index system included 4 primary,19 secondary and 36 tertiary indicators.The evaluation system constructed has high reliability,authority,can provide the basis for the assessment and evaluation to balance the opening report quality.
