摘 要:我国不少创业企业面临着人力资源管理容易被忽视、缺少专业的人力资源管理人员、人力资源管理规范性不强等问题,存在着较为迫切的管理咨询需求、通才型人才需求和提高人力资源管理专业性的需求。政府可从人才招聘、管理咨询与辅导、管理工具提供及管理人员培训等方面培育和提升创业企业的人力资源管理能力。Chinese government pays great attention to the development of start-up enterprises. However, the human resource management of start-up enterprises has been neglected. The start-up enterprises are faced with some problems ineluding the ignorance of the importanee of human resource management, the lack of professional HRs and the low degree of standardization. The start-up enterprises have great demands of management consulting, HR generalists and the improvement of professionalization of human resource management. Government should provide more human resource management service for start-up enterprises on the aspects of talent recruitment, eonsuhation, management tools and training, to promote their healthy development.
