摘　　要：我国企业应当建设符合自我特色的企业质量文化,其关键从本民族文化基因上去构建自己的企业质量文化。本文从传统文化角度解读企业质量文化,为我国企业建设先进的企业质量文化体系提供帮助。Chinese enterprise should build the enterprise quality culture which is in line with its own characteristics, and the key is to create the enterprise quality culture from the national culture gene. This paper interprets the enterprise quality culture from the perspective of traditional culture, providing supports for Chinese enterprises to build the advanced quality culture system.
