摘　　要：围绕住院医师规范化培训基地中模拟培训中心的建设理念、课程建设、师资队伍、配套设施、管理思路等进行思考，并深入阐述了以提高住院医师能力为导向的模拟培训中心建设路径，提出应围绕住院医师能力需求合理配置培训中心的软硬件设施、不断加强教师队伍建设、开展规范化的模拟培训课程等建议，以提升住院医师能力。The study is an insight into the construction concept, curriculum set-up, faculty, facilities and management of the simulation center for standardized residency training base, with in-depth elaboration of the approach to build a simulation training center oriented to residency competency enhancement. The authors proposed to equip soft and hard ware to meet the needs of residents, build up faculty team and develop standardized simulation training courses, for enhanced residence competence.
