高校思政教师情感修养的培育途径探析

摘　　要：在当前社会发展急速转型的大背景下,思想政治教育的实效性尤为引人关注。真正实现高校思政课的价值目标,高校思政理论课教师必须注重情感修养的培育。积极开拓情感交流渠道,善于挖掘情感传达因素,有效夯实情感保障根基。Under the background of the rapid transformation of the current social development, the actual effect of ideological and political education is concerned enormously. To truly realize the value goal of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, the teachers must pay attention to the cultivation of emotional accomplishment. So the teachers must explore actively the emotional communication channels and be good at mining affective factors and consolidate effectively the foundation of emotional security.
