摘　　要：美国传教士在近代中国进行传教活动的同时,创办教会女校,将西方的女子学校教育引入中国,不仅给中国女性提供了受教育的机会,促进了中国近代女子教育的发展,而且还推动了近代中国女性留学海外,对近代中国女性思想解放亦有重要影响。American missionaries did the missionary activities in modem China, at the same time, founded the church girls＇ schools, introducing the western women＇s school education in China.It not only had a chance for Chinese women to receive education and promoted the development of the modem Chinese women＇s education, hut also promoted the modern Chinese women study abroad. It also had the important influence on the modem Chinese women thought liberation.
