摘  要:创新型国家建设要求高校更新教育理念与改革人才培养模式,加强学生创新精神和创新能力的培养。当前,应用型创新人才培养模式改革缓慢,教师的创新能力和学生的综合素质有待提升,校企合作的深度和广度还不够。要解决存在的问题,培养应用型创新人才,高校应构建基于实践的创新人才培养体系,加强学生实践能力的培养;提高教师的创新能力,建设"双师型"师资队伍;构建以人为本的育人模式,丰富校园文化生活;加强与企业的深度合作,探索校企合作的多种形式。The colleges and universities need to update educational ideas and reform the mode of talents training, and enhance the students training of innovation spirit and innovation capability. Today, the training mode reform of in- novative talents is slow, and the innovation capability of teacher and the comprehensive quality of students need to be improved, and the depth and width of university-enterprise cooperation are insufficient. For applied innovative talents training, the colleges and universities need to construct system of initiative practice innovative talents training and en- hance the students training of practical ability. Also they need to improve the innovation capability of teachers and construct double-qualified faculties, and need to construct people oriented training mode and enrich the college cultur- al life. Lastly, the colleges and universities need to deepen the cooperation with enterprise, and explore the variety co- operation modes.
