摘　　要："互联网+"是信息化发展的重要特征,其与大学英语教学深度融合,创造了创新的教学生态,给大学英语教学带来了机遇和挑战。实现大学英语生态课堂平衡和可持续发展的策略是:完善校本特色的课程设置,开发个性化教材体系;提高教师信息素养,建立应用技能型师资队伍;注重培养学生的自主学习能力,实现多元评价;发挥地方优势,建设新型教学资源平台。＂Internet plus＂ is an important characteristic of inforrnatization development, and the further combination of college English teaching has created the open innovation teaching ecology, which brought opportunities and challenges to college English teaching. The strategy to achieve the balance and sustainable development of college English ecological classroom is to improve the curriculum setup of school-based characteristics and develop the per- sonalized textbook system; strengthen the information literacy of teachers and build the applied skilled teaching facul- ty; pay attention to the cultivation of students＇ autonomous learning ability and realize the multiple evaluation; give play to the local advantages and build a new platform of teaching resources.
