摘  要:随着竞争的加剧,为了提高创新绩效,企业越来越多地占用员工的休息时间。这种做法是否有效?现有的研究并未回答这一问题。本研究基于自我决定理论构建了午休自主权对员工创新绩效的作用机制模型。对16个组织759位员工的问卷调查结果表明,员工的午休自主权正向影响创新绩效,工作卷入部分中介午休自主权对员工创新绩效的影响,内在激励偏好在午休自主权和工作卷入之间起正向调节作用。这些发现证实了赋予员工午休自主权对其创新绩效具有显著正向影响,为企业提高创新绩效提供了新的路径。With the intensification of competition, in order to improve the creative performance, companies increasingly take employees' rest time. Does this approach work.7 The existing researches do not answer the question. Based on self- determination theory, this study builds the mechanism model to examine impacts of lunch break autonomy on creative performance of employees. In line with the questionnaires from 759 employees of 16 organizations, we find that lunch break autonomy has positive influence on employee creative performance. Job involvement partly mediates lunch break autonomy' impact. Intrinsic motivational orientation has positive moderating effect between lunch break autonomy and job involvement. These findings confirm that giving employees lunch break autonomy has significantly positive influence on their creative performance, which provides a new path for companies to improve the creative performance.
