摘 要:为解决交通事件影响范围难以精确获取,进而影响交通管理与控制的问题,建立涵盖时间域和空间域的城市快速路交通事件影响范围模型。首先,根据交通事件对路网系统造成的后果,划分交通事件类型。然后,利用交通波理论,分析城市快速路交通事件发生点上游排队车辆的积聚消散过程和救援队响应时间。基于流体力学理论,分析交通事件发生点上游交通流的黏性耗散变化,得到一种判别间接空间域影响范围的方法。最后,通过算例验证模型的有效性。结果表明,利用该模型可以精确获取交通事件的最大影响时间和最大空间影响范围。Traffic incidents' influence area is difficult to be accurately obtained, which may affect traffic management and control. In order to solve the problem, an urban expressway's traffic incidents' influence area estimation model was built which covers both time span and space span. First, according to the effects of traffic incidents on the road network system, traffic event types were classified. Second, based on the traffic wave theory, urban expressway traffic incident location's upstream queueing vehicles' accumulation and dissipation nature and rescue teams' respond time were analyzed. Then, based on the fluid mechanics theory, viscous dissipation change of traffic incident location's upstream traffic flow was analyzed, and a method was worked out for rendering judgment on the scope of indirect spatial domain. Last, the effectiveness of the model was verified by example. The result shows that both the maximum time span and maximum space span of a traffic incident accurately can be evaluated by means of the model.
