摘  要:目的:探讨"自学—讨论—实践"模式在内科护理学教学中的应用效果。方法:从2014级高职护理专业学生中随机抽取两个班,一个班为实验组,采用"自学—讨论—实践"教学模式,另一个班为对照组,采用传统教学法。教学结束后,比较两组学生期末考试成绩。结果:实验组学生期末考试成绩高于对照组学生(P<0.01),实验组80.4%学生认为有助于提高自主学习能力。结论:"自学—讨论—实践"模式能有效提高学生学习成绩及自主学习能力。Objective:To investigate the effect of applying model of "Self-learning, Discussion, Practice" in the course of Medical Nursing. Method: The survey was carried out among the undergraduates in a higher vocational school by cluster sampling. One class applied the model of "Self-leaming, Discussion, Practice" , another class used the traditional model in the course of medical nursing. The scores on the final exam were compared between two classes. Results: The students in experiment group had higher score on the final exam than the students in control group ( P 〈 0.01). 80.4% of the students in experiment group suggested that this model was helpful to raise their self-learning ability. Con- clusion: Tnis model could increase the score and the self-learning ability of the students.
