大学生创新训练计划对口腔医学专业学生能力的培养

摘　　要：通过结合作者指导大学生创新训练计划的实践经历及对参加过大学生创新训练计划项目的苏州卫生职业技术学院口腔医学专业学生的访问调查,发现大学生创新训练计划对口腔医学专业学生的创新能力、操作能力、实践能力,研究能力,团队合作能力、沟通能力等多方面能力都有所提高,并且对培养具有较强口腔专业素养,具有未来创业潜力的应用型口腔医学人才有很大的影响。Combined with the writer＇s experience of practice in guiding Science and Technology Innovation Training Program（hereinafter referred to as STITP） and the survey on the oral medicine majors of Suzhou Vocational Health College who have participated in STITP, it is found that that STITP can improve oral medicine majors＇ innovation ability, operation ability, practice ability, research ability, teamwork ability and communication ability, so it is of great influence on the cultivation of applied oral medicine talents with qualified oral medicine professional quality and entrepreneurship potential.
