摘　　要：青年教师是高校发展的生力军,他们的科研能力将从根本上影响着高校未来的发展前途和社会影响力。本文以西安电子科技大学为例,分析了目前高校青年教师在科学研究中面临的问题及原因,并对如何培养高校教师科研意识、激发高校青年教师的科研热情以及提升高校青年教师科研水平能力进行了思考和探讨。Young teachers are the main force on the develop- ment of university cause, and the scientific research ability of young teachers fundamentally influences the future development of university as well as its social influence. In this paper, Xidian University is taken as the example to analyze the faced problem and produced reason in the scientific research of young teachers, and how to cultivate the scientific research consciousness of young university teachers, to inspire their passion for scientific research, and to enhance their scientific research level and ca- pability are also considered and discussed.
