摘 要:目的 :探讨自我表露对大学生心理健康水平的影响作用。方法 :采用问卷调查法在沧州医学高等专科学校抽取被试300人。结果 :自我表露的各因子及总均分与心理健康各因子及总均分之间均存在显著的负相关;对父亲的表露与心理健康各因子及总分均显著相关,对母亲的表露与躯体化、偏执因子相关不显著,对同性朋友的表露与躯体化、恐怖因子相关不显著,对异性朋友的表露与躯体化因子相关不显著。回归分析中,学习或工作的表露和同性朋友的表露进入了回归方程。结论 :自我表露的各因子及总均分与SCL-90各因子及总均分之间均存在显著的负相关,说明大学生的心理健康状况与自我表露水平存在正相关关系,学习或工作的表露和同性朋友的表露与心理健康关系密切,提示自我表露水平可能是大学生心理健康的重要影响因素之一。Objective: To explore the effect of self-disclosure to college students' mental health. Method: A questionnaire survey was used in 300 subjects from Cangzhou Medical College. Re- suits: There was a significant negative correlation between the factors and the total score of self-disclosure and the factors of mental health; All the factors and total scores of mental health were significantly related to the father's disclosure; The disclo- sure to the mother and the body, paranoid factor were not sig- nificantly correlated; The disclosure to the same-gender friends and the body, terror factors were not significantly correlated; The disclosure to the opposite-gender friends and the body were not significantly correlated; In the regression analysis, the disclosure of the learning or work and the disclosure of the same-gender friends entered the regression equation. Conclusion: There was a significant negative correlation between the factors and the to- tal score of self-disclosure and the SCL-90, and this notes that there was a positive correlation between the mental health status and self-disclosure level of college students; The disclosure of learning or work and the disclosure to the same-gender friends and are closely related to the mental health, and it suggests that self-disclosure level may be one of the important factors influ- encing the mental health of college students.
