地方本科院校转型背景下教学基层组织应用型教学改革与实践研究

摘　　要：在地方本科院校向应用技术型高校转型的背景下,教学基层组织能否进行应用型教学改革与实践是学校转型的关键。淮阴师范学院教学基层组织地理信息科学专业不断调整人才培养方案,积极组建GIS软件应用、开发和遥感教学团队,成立GIS竞赛和考证考级指导小组,大力改革课堂教学与课程考核模式,形成了以赛促学、以赛促教和赛练结合的教学模式,构建了行业考证考级的学习模式,实施了核心课程"1+1"的考核模式,建立了校企深度融合的实习模式和尝试学生参与科研的导师模式,为地方本科院校向应用技术型高校转型提供了有益的探索。Under the transformation of local university to the applied technology university, it is the key for basic teaching organize of local university to reform and practice of applied teaching. Geographic Information Science of Huaiyin Normal University, which is one of the basic teaching organizations, adjust the talent training program, set up GIS team teaching of software applications, development and remote sensing research, establish contest group, qualification certificate and level exam group of GIS, vigorously reform of class teaching and curriculum evaluation mode in order to reform and practice of applied teaching. It forms a combination mode of competition, practice and teaching. It also constructs a learning mode of qualification certificate and level exam. It explores an assessment model of the core curriculum. It establishes an integration practice mode of school - enterprise. It forms a expand mode of the students to participate research.
