摘  要:传统教育向现代教育的重要转型之一,就是实现由知识性教育向创造性教育的转变,但作为转变过程中重要因素的一线教师仍然存有创造性教育理念、创造性教学过程与创造性评价缺失的问题。创造型教师具备创造性的人性观、教育理念以及教育机智等核心素养,是实施创造性教育的关键,对创造性人才的培养发挥着重要作用。其自主成长过程需要唤醒对教师职业的主体意识,且在日常教育教学中能够恰当对待学生的创造性表现,并养成批判性反思的生活方式。One of the important transformations of traditional education to modern education is to implement the knowledge education to creative education, but as a line of the important factors that teachers are still have the phenomenon of lack of creative education concept, creative teaching process and creative evaluation. Creative teachers, who have core quality of the creativity of human nature, the education idea and education wit, are the key to the implementation of creative education, and play an important role in the cultivation of creative talents.
