高校青年教师心理韧性结构及影响因素研究——基于H大学的调查分析

摘　　要：本研究选取某高校100名青年教师作为样本,考察了高校青年教师心理韧性的结构特征和影响因素。研究发现,高校青年教师心理韧性由教学效能感、对科研的追求、工作信心与满意度、对教育的热爱及职业信念五个核心维度构成;组织文化和工作压力对青年教师心理韧性产生了显著影响。文章建议,高校青年教师心理韧性的发展需要重塑高校青年教师的职业信念与工作信心;为高校青年教师的科研发展提供更多专业引导;并创造良好的组织文化。This research investigates the construct and influential factors of young teachers＇ resilience with a sample of 100 teachers in university H. It is found that sense of teaching efficiency, pursuit of scientific research, job satisfaction and optimism, the commitment to education and professional belief are the key elements of its construct; organizational culture and working pressure significantly influence young university teachers＇ resilience. Therefore, the paper suggests that recultivating professional belief and confidence, providing more professional guide and support, and creating good organizational culture are important to improve young teachers＇ resilience for their professional development.
