高职机电一体化技术专业现代学徒制实践探索

摘　　要：在高职院校实行现代学徒制,可以让同学们能够有机会到企业中提前感受岗位的需求,熟悉操作流程和基本操作。因此,高职院校需要对人才培养模式进行调整,并且与企业合作,对考核模式进行调整,加强师资队伍的建设工作,让学徒制发挥作用,使得机电一体化技术专业的学生能够提升实际操作能力,从而提升综合水平,增强竞争力,促进学校的发展。Modern apprentice system in higher vocational colleges creates opportunities for students to have the knowledge of requirements for the post and the operation process in advance. Vocational colleges need to adjust their training mode and their examination mode in accordance with the demand from the enterprises. They also need to strengthen the construction of teaching staff and fully play the role of apprenticeship,which enables the students of electromechanical integration technology to improve their practical ability and upgrade their competitiveness,thus promoting the development of these colleges.
