摘　　要：学科视角下企业运营管理能揭示其本质,具有其他视角所不具备的属性。从这一视角出发,企业运营管理历经传统、综合和现代三个阶段的演进,且随着演进历程深入不断地完善,但当今仍面临诸多挑战。要从根本上应对这些挑战,需从原理和具体内容上进行学科视角下企业运营管理的创新。From a disciplinary perspective,we can reveal its essence of enterprise operation management,and find some attributes which are not possessed from other perspectives.From this standpoint,enterprise operation management has experienced a three-stage evolution,i.e.traditional,comprehensive and modern.With the constant evolution,enterprise operation management is gradually improved and also faces some challenges.Copping with those challenges,it is necessary to introduce innovations in enterprise operation management based on principles and specific contents from a disciplinary perspective.
