摘  要:科研是助推教学、提高教学质量的关键,也是提升高校教师能力和素质的基本途径,更是高校学科建设发展和水平提升的根本保障。一些新升地方本科高校发展定位偏颇,科研文化引领功能缺失,科研激励制度缺位、虚位或式微,科研氛围窒息,教师科研素养有限,科研意识淡薄,信心和动力不足。新升地方本科高校应转变观念,充分认识科研对学科建设的重要性;培植科研文化土壤,引领教师走向科研自觉;提升教师科研素养,培育科研团队;完善科研激励措施,才能充分激发教师科研的积极性和创造性。Scientific research is the key to boost teaching, improving teaching quality, is also a basic approach to improve university teachers' ability and quality, even the fundamental guarantee of subject construction and the level of development in universities.Some new-up local undergraduate universities development orientation is biased, leading function of culture in scientific research is lost, scientific incentive system is absent, empty or decayed, and scientific research atmosphere is suffocated, teachers' scientific literacy is limited, lack of scientific research consciousness, confidence and motivation. The new-up local undergraduate colleges and universities should change ideas, fully recognize the importance of research on subject construction, cultivate culture soil of scientific research, lead teachers to scientific research consciousness, improve literacy, cultivate teachers' scientific research team, perfect incentives to fully arouse the enthusiasm and creativity of teachers' research.
