新医改背景下医院管理队伍的专业化与职业化建设

摘　　要：面对国家老龄化程度不断加深,国家实施了新医改措施,对于目前的医院和医生都提出新的要求。在新医改的背景下,医院要确保自身提供的服务符合市场的需求,就需要对现有的服务进行改善,建立一个专业化、职业化的医院管理队伍。基于此,文章首先介绍了医院管理队伍的职业化与专业化的具体含义和重要的意义,进而分析了目前国内外医院管理队伍的专业化与职业化建设的现状,最后提出了新医改背景下有效帮助医院管理队伍的专业化与职业化建设的措施,旨在帮助医院管理部门更好地规划自身蓝图,促进医院进一步的发展。Faced with the continuous deepening of national aging degree, our nation has implemented the new medical reform measures, and puts forwards the new requirements for the present hospitals and doctors, and under the background of new medical reform, the hospitals need to improve the present service and establish a professional and vocational hospital management team in order to ensure the service provided by themselves to meet the market demands, based on the above,the paper firstly introduces the specific definition and important significance of vocational and professional hospital management team, and then analyzes the professional and occupational construction status of the management team in the hospitals at home and abroad, and puts forwards the measures of effectively helping the professional and vocational construction of hospital management team under the background of new medical reform in order to help the hospital management department better plan their own blueprint and promote the further development of hospitals.
