摘  要:运用第二次《中国经济普查年鉴》的数据检验了员工学历变化对于企业创新绩效的影响。结果显示,企业员工学历越高、受教育年限越长,企业创新绩效越高。在进一步引入产权结构后发现,在国有及国有控股企业及民营企业中,员工学历对企业创新绩效的促进作用明显减弱,而在外商和港澳台企业中的促进作用更加显著。因此,推进混合所有制改革在很大程度上能够改善人力资本对创新的作用,此外还应进一步在战略层面上统筹规划,全面提升企业员工的整体学历和素质。This paper uses the data of The Second China Economic Census Yearbook, examining the relationship between the changes of the employees' education background and enterprise innovation. The result shows that there exists positive relationship between the employees education background and the enterprise innovation capability. The higher the enter- prise staff degree is, and the longer the staff get the education, the higher the enterprise innovation performance is. While after considering different properties structures, the paper found that the effect of staff education on firms' innova- tion performance decreased significantly in state owned property and private enterprises, but in foreign and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan enterprises, it's promoting role becomes even more significant. Therefore, this paper suggests that the policy of composite - ownership be applied to promote the relationship between the changes of the employees' education background and enterprise innovation. In addition, it is essential to enhance the overall education level and quality of enterprise employees at the strategic level.
