摘　　要：建设创新型教师队伍是大学生创新能力培养的关键,以教师的创新意识和创新思维去带动学生创新能力的形成和发展,能够达到一个很好的培养大学生实践能力的效果。因此,具有创新经验的指导教师对于大学生科技创新活动的开展是非常必要的。针对大学生创新创业项目实施过程及项目成果总结,分析在培养大学生创新能力方面的现状,提出创新项目出现的一些问题和如何完善改进的一些关键方法及要点。Building an innovative teachers＇ team is the key to college students＇ innovative ability training,teachers＇ innovation consciousness and innovative thinking to drive the formation and development of students＇ innovative ability,which can achieve a good effect of cultivating college students＇ practical ability.Innovative experience of teachers for college students to develop the science and technology innovation activities is very necessary.For college students＇ innovative entrepreneurial project implementation and project results summary,analysis on the current situation of training college students＇ innovative ability,this article puts forward some problems in the innovation project and how to improve the key method and key points.
