摘　　要：目前,我国很多高校采用多校区办学模式,越来越多的高校推行课题组长负责制。该文阐述了在这一新形势下,如何调整实验教学中心的管理模式,加强管理机制的建设。同时,探讨了如何抓住机遇,发展自身,促进实验教学。At present,many colleges and universities adopt a multi-campuses mode for running school,and the responsibility system by a research group leader is implemented by more and more universities.This paper describes how to adjust the management mode for the experimental teaching center under this new situation,and enhance the construction of the management mechanism.At the same time,the exploration is conducted on how to seize the opportunity to develop the center and promote the experimental teaching.
