摘 要:随着经济全球化的不断发展,人才跨国流动趋势的日益加深,"汉语热"在这种形势下不断升温,越来越多的国际汉语教师与汉语志愿者们投身于国内外的汉语推广工作中。作为一个成熟的国际汉语教师,除了具有良好的语言素养与汉语知识素养外,具备良好的跨文化交际素养也更为重要。国际汉语教师需要具备多元文化意识,懂得对比分析中外文化的异同,了解跨文化交际对于汉语教学的影响,并把所研究的理论知识熟练运用于教学实践中去。With the continuous development of economic globalization as well as the deepening of the trend of multinational talent flow, "Mandarin fever"keeps growing,and more and more international Chinese teachers and volunteers are getting involved in the promotion of Chinese both at home and abroad.It is becoming increasingly important for a qualified international Chinese language teacher to develop cross-cultural communicative competence in addition to linguistic competence and Chinese language knowledge.International Chinese teachers should develop multicultural awareness,be able to compare and analyze the similarities and differences between Chinese and foreign cultures,understand the impact of cross-cultural communication on Chinese language teaching,and tactfully apply the theoretical knowledge in teaching practice.
