“企业教学校产”的实习模式

摘　　要：生产实习是培养高等工科学校学生工程实践能力、科研能力、创新意识与创新能力的基础。结合电子科学与技术专业的特点和几位老师的长期调研、讨论,笔者提出了"企业教,学校产"的生产实习新模式。新模式的实施,进一步增强了学生的实践动手能力,同时有助于青年教师树立市场意识,培养其工程实践能力,提升解决工程问题的能力。This is the basis on that production practice develops engineering practice ability, scientific research ability, innovation consciousness and innovation ability for students in engineering university. By surveying and discussing, Enterprise education and school production new mode suitable our students is proposed. Through this mode, the students develop further their engineering practice ability. At the same time, this can help the teachers to establish the market awareness, develop engineering practice ability and improve the ability to solve the engineering problems.
